Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Returns Policy

If your order isn’t quite right—whether it doesn’t fit, isn’t what you expected, or you’ve simply changed your mind—please complete the returns form below.

Once we receive your request, we will send you a Parcel Force postage label to print and attach to your parcel. You will then need to drop your parcel off at your nearest Post Office.

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Exchanges: Returns are free of charge if you choose an exchange. Replacement items will be dispatched using a 2–3 working day delivery service.
  • Refunds:
    • If you paid for delivery on your original order, a £4 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage.
    • If your order qualified for free delivery, no return fee will be deducted.

Please note: Exchanges and refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • All items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and any hygiene seals intact.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Please include the original sales invoice, or a note with your order number, name, and email address.

Riding Hats

Due to their nature as safety equipment, riding hats must be returned with extra care:

  • They must be placed inside an additional outer box (as well as their original box).
  • The parcel must be well-padded to prevent damage during transit.

We cannot accept returns of riding hats that arrive with inadequate packaging, as this may compromise their safety.

The “original” non-heating conditioning feed, Cooked Cereal Meal was Baileys’ foundation product and, although the formulation has been updated over the years, it remains as effective as ever.It is made exclusively from micronised wheat, a concentrated source of carbohydrate calories, made as digestible as possible through the meticulous cooking process.This maximises the chances of the starch content being digested in the foregut and helps minimise the chance of digestive upsets or excitable behaviour.

The tasty meal can be added to other straights, such as oats or barley, or simply mixed with alfalfa, chaff or soaked sugar beet pulp but, as it is a “complementary” feed, Cooked Cereal Meal should always be fed alongside a broad spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement or balancer. It should also be fed damp or can bemade into an appetising mash for sick or elderly horses, especially if they have trouble chewing. If a fully balanced conditioning feed is preferred, Top Line Conditioning Cubes are ideal and can be easily softened by the addition of water or soaked sugar beet, if necessary.
