Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Returns Policy

If your order isn’t quite right—whether it doesn’t fit, isn’t what you expected, or you’ve simply changed your mind—please complete the returns form below.

Once we receive your request, we will send you a Parcel Force postage label to print and attach to your parcel. You will then need to drop your parcel off at your nearest Post Office.

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Exchanges: Returns are free of charge if you choose an exchange. Replacement items will be dispatched using a 2–3 working day delivery service.
  • Refunds:
    • If you paid for delivery on your original order, a £4 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage.
    • If your order qualified for free delivery, no return fee will be deducted.

Please note: Exchanges and refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • All items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and any hygiene seals intact.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Please include the original sales invoice, or a note with your order number, name, and email address.

Riding Hats

Due to their nature as safety equipment, riding hats must be returned with extra care:

  • They must be placed inside an additional outer box (as well as their original box).
  • The parcel must be well-padded to prevent damage during transit.

We cannot accept returns of riding hats that arrive with inadequate packaging, as this may compromise their safety.

Pure Veteran Mix is designed for senior horses that need extra support maintaining condition or are still in regular work. It provides a ration of slow-release calories to help maintain weight or fuel their work.Older horses generally have a higher requirement for vitamins and minerals due to decreased efficiency of absorption in their gut. Therefore, Pure Veteran Mix contains elevated levels of vitamins and minerals to help with this. With easily digestible protein sources, it helps support muscle tone and topline. Low in sugar and starch, Pure Veteran Mix is also ideal for horses that have had laminitis or need a low-sugar, low-starchdiet.

If your veteran horse also struggles to chew chaff, but doesn't need a pelleted feed just yet - don't worry! Pure Veteran Mix uses a soft chop, making it easier for older horses to chew. With a built-in balancer tailored for senior horses, this feed contains everything your horse needs, making it simple to buy, easy to feed, and excellentvalue.
