MSM (methyl sulphonyl methane): An excellent source of sulphur and great for joint support
Glucosamine HCl: A natural ingredient which is a major component of joint cartilage and joint fluid. We use a Vegetarian Glucosamine, rather than one derived from meat or shellfish.
Boswellia serrata, also known as Frankincense: This is a natural plant extract used for centuries in Indian Ayurvedic medicine to support the joints.
Green Lipped Mussel: A natural source of marine omega 3. Also provides a source of chondroitin.
Rose Hips: An excellent natural source of Vitamins A, C and manganese.
What’s an extract and why does Nourish use them? An extract is a concentrated version of an active ingredient. So instead of having to put in 100g of a herb such as Boswellia, a 100:1 extract would only need 1g to get the same benefit. Clever stuff!
